We’re thrilled to welcome Dr. Sonja Sepkowitz, PsyD to our team! Dr. Sepkowitz is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for PTSD, and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD.

She specializes in working with young adults navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, relationship challenges, and major life transitions.
