This video shows Ving Tsun Grandmaster Leo Imamura work with MZW practitioner Greg Skochko on refining the returning of his hand back to Sau Keun, or chambered fist. While this is a singular component of a whole list of movements, practicing the awareness of each fine detail yields awareness of the whole structure.

Being aware of each individual movement builds our awareness of what energy we're using, what our purpose is in our movements, connection to our environment, and overall having a heightened physical awareness. And when we are aware, we can respond to any situation we are met with effortlessly. Notice for example, how do you stand during the day? Is your back straight, or bent? Is your weight shifted, or centered?
