Meet Risa! Earlier this year, she moved into her new home at SPIN. Despite snow and bad weather delaying her celebration, Risa’s spirit never wavered. Surrounded by friends and family, she finally enjoyed her Welcome Home Party—a joyful milestone we’re honored to share!

Ms Alyssa's Classroom have been bucket fillers! Kids across the SPIN Campuses receive balls to put in their buckets when they demonstrate positive behavior throughout the day as part of TEAMS by Taking turns, Encouraging Friends, Acting kindly, Making safe choices and Sharing Smiles!

Miss Alyssa will encourage students by loudly encouraging their activities such as sharing toys with classmates, pointing out that they are Acting kindly and they get to put a ball in the bucket. When they fill their bucket, each class will have a celebration and then they put their balls into the building bucket! Once the building bucket is filled the entire building will get to have a special celebration!

Ray loves celebrating the holidays by decorating his house. This year Ray decked out his apartment for Easter, enjoyed a festive lunch at Boston Market and ended his day by having Easter Dinner with his friend Cora.

Meet Angelina, a bright and happy 6-year-old who started her journey with SPIN in the Early Intervention and Autisic Support Classrooms, where she received behaviorial supports through Early Childhood Intensive Teatment Program. After graduating from pre-k, Angelina now recieves Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Support through SPIN Behviorial Health & Autism Services in her elementary school and at home.

These supports have helped Angelina blossom! Her communication skills have gone from using a speech device, but now she almost primrily uses vocal language. Through the support of her Behaviorial Health Technicians (BHT), she is more independent and has expanded the types of food she will eat. Angelina is showing more interest in other kids and is looking forward to joining a dance class. We are so proud of all she has achieved with support from SPIN!

Sharon invited her friends over to celebrate Passover in a beautifully decorated home filled with warmth and joy. With delicious treats and a festive table, everyone enjoyed meaningful moments together, sharing stories and experiencing the traditions of Passover.
