Over this past year and 6 months I have focused on being of service working in hospitals and within physicians offices to assist with patients with remote appointments, billing, ER triage, coding and the like. I have done things, seen things no one should along with so many coworkers It’s ok to not be ok. Whether working in healthcare food service grocery stores etc If the job is to care for someone else’s needs wants …..you need to start put your health and wellness first. Patients, customers, clients, even our own families are demanding and many have been unkind. Forgive them Sometimes it’s from their own fear, insecurities helplessness is or was it acceptable NO! But forgive them anyway It could be they just don’t know better or flat out ignorant. Forgive them. Your peace is too valuable. Work thru your mental health wellness starts from the inside out. I have jump started my own after getting caught up in being the caregiver of everyone and allowing poor habits develop.
