Rachel Dobkin is an occupational therapist, mother to a toddler, and longtime student of movement, breath- work, and meditation. Her focus is on offering accessible beginner friendly yoga classes that are challenging yet supportive. Her background is in Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Iyengar styles.
Micah Bedrosian , a former ER nurse, now works as a holistic based RN in integrative health where he facilitates a healing environment through breathwork, mindfulness meditation, and movements based in qi gong and yoga. There are only a couple of spots left, dm to sign up!
