Our beloved teachers, Anne + Brittany, are coming together to guide a special two-hour yin practice on April 18.

This is the kind of space that doesn’t happen often—
slow, intentional, and deeply held.

A chance to settle.
To soften.
To stay a little longer than you normally would.

If you’ve been craving depth… this is it.

Not all yoga spaces feel the same.

And if you’ve ever walked into one and felt like you had to
perform calm…
know what you’re doing…
or keep up with something unspoken…

we want you to know—

this isn’t that.

At Unity, practice looks different.

You can arrive exactly as you are.
Unfocused. Tender. Wired. Numb. Curious.
All of it belongs here.

There’s no expectation to “get it right.”
No pressure to move a certain way.
No need to be anything other than honest in your body.

What you’ll find instead:

A room that breathes with you.
Teachers who are paying attention.
Space to rest when you need to.
Space to feel when you’re ready.

You might move.
You might be still.
You might finally notice something you haven’t been able to hear.

For some, it feels like landing.
For others, like meeting themselves for the first time.

For many—especially our neurodivergent community—
it’s a place where nothing needs to be masked or managed.

This is an invitation to practice.
Not perfectly. Not performatively.
Just… honestly.

If you’ve been curious, this is a soft place to begin.

Recovery Yoga / Yoga for Healing 🤍
May 23–24 | Chestnut Hill
$500 | 10-hour training | Certification included

We are so excited to bring this training back.

Led by Anne, this weekend is a deep dive into trauma-informed yoga—how we practice, how we guide, and how we create spaces that feel safe enough for real healing to happen.

This is for the curious ones.
Not the “I already know everything” ones.
Not the “I need to be perfect first” ones.

Just… curiosity.

If you’re a yoga teacher, this pairs beautifully with your 200- or 300-hour training—giving you real, grounded tools to support students navigating stress, trauma, and recovery.

And if you’re not a teacher? You still belong here.
This work starts with self. Always.

You’ll learn how to:
• understand the nervous system in practice
• offer choice-based, trauma-aware language
• create spaces that support regulation, not overwhelm
• explore healing practices for yourself and others

Do not self-select out of this one.
If you feel the pull, that’s enough.

Find your breath with us.

Not the forced kind.
Not the “fix it” kind.
The kind that meets you exactly where you are.

This space… it’s not about getting it right.
It’s about arriving.
In your body. In your breath. In yourself.

The people here?
They’re not performing wellness.
They’re practicing being human—together.

Some days that looks like deep rest.
Some days it looks like shaking something loose.
Some days it’s just… showing up and lying down.

All of it belongs.

If you’ve been circling, wondering if this place is for you—
this is your sign.

Come find your breath with us.

✨ Reiki Level 1 Training ✨
📍 Chestnut Hill
🗓 May 9–10
⏰ 11 AM – 5 PM
💸 $499

This is your gentle nudge: don’t self-select out of this.

If you’ve been feeling curious (even a little), that’s enough.

Reiki is a deeply supportive, grounding healing practice that you can use:
• on yourself
• with your people
• in your everyday life

No prior experience needed. Truly.

This training is held by our very own ✨ Lindsay ✨ (resident Reiki Master), who brings a steady, accessible, no-pressure approach to the work.

• You don’t need to “get it” ahead of time
• You don’t need to be spiritual, experienced, or “good at energy”
• You don’t need to perform, share, or be anything other than yourself
• You can move at your own pace

All that’s required is an open mind + open heart
—we’ll take care of the rest.

If you want a little taste before committing, come to Lindsay’s Thursday night Reiki class (Level 1 + Reiki). It’s a great way to feel into the energy and see if it resonates.

Sometimes the doorway opens quietly.
This might be one of those moments.

Come exactly as you are. Not sure what a sound bath is? You’re not alone.

This is a space where you don’t have to do anything.
No movement to follow. No shapes to get right. No social energy required.

You’ll come in, get cozy (think blankets, bolsters, dim lights), and lie down.
From there, you’ll be guided by sound—crystal bowls, chimes, gentle layers of vibration.

You can:
• rest
• drift
• stay aware
• fall asleep
• or just exist and listen

There’s no “right way” to experience it.

If your nervous system has been loud lately…
If your brain doesn’t always turn off when you want it to…
If you’re craving something that isn’t effort—

this is for you.

There’s something about being held in sound.

A space where you don’t have to do anything, fix anything, or figure anything out.

Just arrive, lie down, and let the body soften as sound moves through the room.

Sound baths invite the nervous system into a different rhythm — one that doesn’t require effort, only presence.

No experience needed. Just come as you are.

This is what it looks like when yoga becomes more than a workout.

It becomes community.
It becomes practice.
It becomes a place you return to — again and again — not to perform, but to feel, to listen, to come back into yourself.

At Unity, we’re not here for perfection.
We’re here for depth.
For nervous system shifts.
For the slow, steady work that actually changes you.

From teacher trainings… to quiet moments before class… to the people you meet along the way — this is the space we’re building, together.

If you’ve been circling it, this is your moment to step in.

Our Story

Unity Yoga was founded in Philadelphia in 2018. Founders, Arielle and Robert, found a home in Philadelphia through the love and connection of the local yoga community. Wanting to provide this type of connection to everyone – local and transplant alike – Arielle and Robert founded Unity Yoga with the understanding that yoga is for everyone from all walks of life, and that everyone should be able to discover the benefits of yoga and a loving community.

At Unity Yoga, we believe in the healing and transformative power of community and connection for all individuals. Unity Yoga envisions a world with no barriers to health and wellness, where all are welcome and celebrated for their diversity.

Unity Yoga is about more than just practicing vinyasa on your mat for 75 minutes a day – it is about truly connecting with yourself and with others.
