Yoga Pop Up Saturday 11:30 with Noah
This week we’re excited to welcome Noah for a pop-up session.
Noah’s class is technical and intentional, focusing on:
• Prehab and rehab principles
• Improving range of motion
• Full-body integration and strength
• Slow, methodical movement that prepares your body for other activities
Rather than a fast-paced aerobic flow, this session is about building a strong, resilient foundation for movement. It’s a great complement to strength training, running, and everyday life.
