Why do trainers always save core for the end? 🔥

Because your core has already been working the entire workout.

Every squat, lunge, press, and pull demands stability—so by the time you hit that final ab block, your core is already fatigued and primed to work even harder.

🔥That’s where the magic happens: better activation, smarter training, and more efficient results.

Stat to know: Research from the American Council on Exercise shows your core is activated in nearly every major lift—so finishing with targeted core work maximizes both fatigue and effectiveness.

Train smarter. Finish strong.

👟Running Mechanics + Intro to Sprinting👟

2-Part Workshop Series

📍 April 12 @ 10AM
📍 May 3 @ 10AM

If you’ve ever wanted to feel smoother, faster, and more efficient when you run—this is for you.

This 2-part workshop is designed to break down the fundamentals of running and sprinting in a way that actually makes sense (and feels good in your body). Whether you’re an athlete, a weekend runner, or just looking to move better, you’ll learn how to build speed from the ground up.

We’ll start with the essentials—posture, arm action, and key running mechanics—then gradually layer in sprint-specific work like acceleration, tempo running, and top-end speed.

📌Each session includes:

Full body mobility + activation
Dynamic warm-up
Plyometric drills
Running mechanics breakdown
Tempo runs + build-up sprints
Real-time coaching + feedback

🥅The goal isn’t just to get a great workout—it’s to help you understand how to run better. You’ll leave with drills, cues, and tools you can immediately apply to your own training.

📌All levels welcome.
Come ready to move, learn, and maybe even surprise yourself a little.

Yoga Pop Up Saturday 11:30 with Noah

This week we’re excited to welcome Noah for a pop-up session.

Noah’s class is technical and intentional, focusing on:
• Prehab and rehab principles
• Improving range of motion
• Full-body integration and strength
• Slow, methodical movement that prepares your body for other activities

Rather than a fast-paced aerobic flow, this session is about building a strong, resilient foundation for movement. It’s a great complement to strength training, running, and everyday life.

Take a look at the Momence schedule and come check it out — you might discover a whole new way to move. ✨

Every week, so much happens within these doors. ✨

From lower school students to seniors in their 90s. From people just beginning their fitness journey to professional athletes. Every age, every level, every story walks through here.

And while everyone arrives with different backgrounds and goals, there’s one thing they all have in common — the desire to feel better and improve their health and wellness.

Every single week we witness incredible wins. Big ones. Small ones. The kind that happen quietly but change everything. Strength built, confidence gained, friendships formed, and people discovering just how capable they really are.

This truly is an inspiring place, and it’s the people inside that make it what it is.

And we’re just getting started…
Every week we bring new pop-ups, new ideas, and new opportunities to keep growing together. Stay tuned — there’s always something more coming.

✔️Kettlebell Fundamentals — Part 3📌

Kettlebell Fundamentals: Part 3 continues to build on the foundation established in Parts 1 and 2, progressing into more advanced kettlebell skills.

This 60-minute session will focus on the kettlebell sn**ch and the Turkish get-up — two movements that challenge power, coordination, shoulder stability, and full-body control. We’ll break down the mechanics step by step, then integrate them into guided practice so you can build confidence and capacity under load.

This workshop blends coaching and movement, giving you space to refine technique while continuing to train with intention.

New to the series? You’re still welcome.
Key concepts will be reviewed and movements coached and scaled appropriately.

📌Register in Momence. Space limited.
