Dickson

Andrew A., Sr. December 5, 2025 age 49. It is with heavy hearts and profound sorrow that we share the unexpected passing of a dearly beloved son, a loyal and loving father, a fiercely protective brother, and “Fun Uncle Drew.”

Son of Suzanne M. (nee Iovine) and Andrew A. Dickson; beloved father to Drew (Lauren), Faith, and Bridget, brother of Jen Dougherty (Butch), Tricia Nichols (Mike), Bern Laukaitis (Joe) and Mark Dickson; uncle to Kevin Nichols, Haley Nichols, Sean Dougherty, Mark Dickson, Erin Dougherty, Joey Laukaitis, Daniel Dickson, Kasey Laukaitis, Brayden Dickson. Drew is also survived by Lisa (Mother of his children); many aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family, teammates, fraternity brothers, friends, and friends that have become family.

Drew will be remembered for his bright smile and quick wit; he was the one who lit up every room he walked into—the life of the party, the person everyone gravitated toward, and the friend so many were blessed to know.

A gifted three-sport athlete, he was a natural leader both on and off the field. A true powerhouse—strong, determined, and fiercely protective of those he loved—he left a lasting legacy through his athletic achievements. He was a proud member of the 1992 Devlin League Championship team, coached by his dad, Andy; a state champion with St. Matthew High School CYO highlighted by a proud photo still hanging in the gym today, a Father Judge Class of 1994 Hall of Fame football player; and continued at the collegiate level at Albright College. While at Albright, he joined the Phi Delta Omega Fraternity, building bonds of brotherhood that lasted a lifetime. His dedication to sports did not end with his own accomplishments but continued through the next generation. One of his greatest joys in life was coaching all three of his children. His passion on the sidelines was unmatched—fierce, focused, (at times crazy), but full of heart. He taught them not just the game, but the values that mattered most: teamwork, resilience, toughness, gratitude, and never giving up on yourself or the people you love.

Drew was a gifted carpenter whose craftsmanship touched countless lives, but his most meaningful work came in the final days before his passing, when he lovingly completed the finishing details of his son’s new home with his brother Mark. Every beam, board, and careful stroke of his hand was a testament to the pride he felt and the love he carried for his family.

Drew’s gifts extended far beyond athletics and carpentry, he had an incredible voice and a natural rhythm that could get anyone moving. His singing and dancing were pure joy—effortless, soulful, and unforgettable. He entertained us all with the same big-hearted energy he brought to every part of his life. Whether on a stage or at a family gathering, he made every moment brighter, every celebration louder, and every memory warmer.

To his family, he was strength. To his friends, he was loyalty. To everyone who knew him, he was unforgettable. He will be fiercely and endlessly missed. His spirit, laughter, music, and love will live on in the countless lives he touched. Don’t Stop Believing!

Relatives and friends are invited to Drew’s viewing Thursday, December 11th 6-9 PM VISCONTO FUNERAL HOME, INC. 2031 Vista Street (Vista & Large Sts.) (Ample parking & handicap accessibility in rear of building) and Friday, December 12th 9:15-10:15 AM St. Matthew Roman Catholic Church 3000 Cottman Avenue followed by 10:30 AM Funeral Mass. Interment Resurrection Cemetery Bensalem, PA.

In lieu of flowers, please make donations in Drew’s name to Father Judge Alumni Friends of Father Judge High School, Inc., 3301 Solly Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19136 www.friendsoffatherjudge.com/crusader-campaign and St. Matthew CYO 3000 Cottman Avenue Philadelphia, PA 19149 (please be sure to designate the donation to the CYO in Drew’s name.)

Trusting us in your time of need is a true honor for each member of our family. Every year, we invite families that we have served from November to November to a Remembrance Service where we celebrate the first Christmas season without their loved ones. It is a night to reflect on the legacy left behind by so many amazing people.

Last night we honored the lives of many wonderful people. To the families that could not join us, know that you were thought about and sent lots of love.

Please know that you are all in our daily thoughts and prayers and will be even more so during this holiday season.

Mark Schultz says it best in this song. It’s just a different kind of Christmas this year.

To know Anthony Manzo was to love Anthony Manzo. You may recognize this smiling face as a former member of our team. More importantly, you may recognize him as one of our family members. This is our daughter-in-law‘s father.

Tony was a proud St. Matt’s grad and a true “Judge Guy”. Now, a memorial scholarship is awarded to a student following in his same path.

If you are looking for the chance to win some holiday cheer, feel free to purchase a ticket to support this wonderful cause. ❤️

Rossi

Vincent Jude, lovingly known as Bricky to his family and friends, passed away peacefully on November 9, 2025, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Born on January 27, 1943, in Philadelphia, Vincent grew up in the Port Richmond section of the city, where he formed lifelong friendships and developed a deep love for his hometown and its people.

Vincent was the devoted husband of Miriam (nee Gorman) Rossi, and the proud father of Monica (Grant), Roseann (the late Luis), and Vincent. He was also the cherished grandfather of Jamie and Shane Thompson. He is survived by his loving siblings Jack and Rose, and was preceded in death by his brothers Angelo and Raymond and his sister Mercedes. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and dear friends who will forever carry his memory in their hearts.

He attended St. Anne’s Grade School and graduated from Northeast Catholic High School before continuing his education at Community College of Philadelphia and La Salle University—a journey he pursued over ten years while raising a family and working full-time. Vincent built a successful career as a logistics specialist for a paint manufacturing company, where his reliability and strong work ethic left a lasting impression on all who worked with him.

A man deeply rooted in his community, Vincent spent many years coaching girls’ soccer and softball in the Juniata leagues where his encouragement and humor inspired countless young athletes. Outside of work and family, he was an avid sports fan and collector of sports memorabilia, with a special passion for Philadelphia baseball. He proudly held Philadelphia Phillies season tickets for decades and loved sharing those games—and his stories—with family and friends.

During his 40s, Vincent practiced Taekwondo, enjoying the challenge, discipline, and sense of accomplishment it brought him. In retirement, he spent much of his time at Blue Grass Billiards, surrounded by close friends, laughter, and friendly competition over countless games of pool.

Vincent will be remembered as a selfless and devoted family man, a storyteller with a big heart, and a social soul who brought joy to every room he entered. His greatest pride was the success and happiness of his children and grandchildren.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects on Friday, November 14th 9:30-10:50 AM Resurrection of Our Lord Church, 2000 Shelmire Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19152, followed by Funeral Mass 11:00 AM. Interment private.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Northeast Catholic Alumni Association: Memorial Scholarship Fund, P.O. Box 7005, Philadelphia, PA 19149, in Vincent’s memory.

Dalaimo

Regina M (nee Bock) November 6, 2025 age 83. Daughter of the late Theophile and Mary (nee Beifuss) Bock Jr. Beloved wife of the late Joseph A. Dalaimo Jr. Devoted mother of James (Cathyann), Teresa Mankowski (Ken) and Mary Herrmann (Don). Sister of Robert Bock (Marianne), the late Charles (Becky) Bock and the late Elizabeth Bock. Cherished grandmother of Sebastian, Zachary, Justin, Natalie, Mallory, and Ally.

Regina was a lifelong member of Resurrection Parish where she attended grade school. She then attended St. Hubert’s High School for Girls (Class of 1960). She met her future husband Joe and they married in 1968. She worked retail at Gimbel’s/Sterns while her children were young and then worked for TruMark until her retirement in 2008.

Regina had a zest for life and was enjoying it to the fullest. She loved her outings with her family and friends (and was the designated driver among her friends). She enjoyed attending the theater, playing bingo and attending events at both Gloria Dei and Resurrection of Our Lord Church. She was an active and beloved member of the Gloria Dei Estates community where everyone recognized her love of decorating and her celebration of all things holiday. She was also an active member of the Resurrection Seniors Club. Her faith was very important to her. She had a special devotion to Mary and the rosary. She was a proud St. Hubert’s graduate and was thrilled to walk with the 2010 class to celebrate the 50th anniversary of her own graduation. While she may have had her collections of things (tigers – need we say more?), her true reason for living was her family. She loved the Christmas Eve get together, the birthday celebrations, and everything in between. She especially enjoyed her dinners with the family, or just spending time with the grandchildren; she was quite active in their lives and appreciated every minute she got to spend with them. She enjoyed vacationing with her brother, Bob and his family. The family spirit was alive & well, up until her last breath.

Those people who were lucky enough to have been touched by her and know her, realize that she didn’t have a mean bone in her body, or a bad word to say about anyone. She could always find the good in things and people, making her a quite exceptional individual. While she is no longer with us, she is now back with her beloved husband, Joe, and they can be at peace together.

Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing Saturday, November 15th 8:30-10:30 AM VISCONTO FUNERAL HOME, INC. 2031 Vista Street (Vista & Large Sts.) (Ample parking and handicap accessibility in rear of building) followed by Funeral Mass 11 AM Resurrection of Our Lord Church, 2000 Shelmire Avenue Philadelphia, PA 19152. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery Yeadon, PA.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations to For Pete’s Sake Cancer Respite Foundation, 620 West Germantown Pike, Suite 150, Plymouth Meeting, PA 19426, or online at www.takeabreakfromcancer.org .
