I have been so anxiously waiting for this moment… and I can’t believe it’s finally here.

Our very first Mystic Grove Sisterhood Gathering. 🥹💛

Girls… we are eating GOOD today.
I was up last night preparing everything with love, intention, and prayer woven into every detail. Every touch. Every ingredient. Every breath.

And when something is created with pure intention… how could it possibly fail?

Its time for your Daily Education ......

Harmonia means harmony — the sacred balance between heart, mind, body, and spirit.
But the root of it runs even deeper.

My inspiration comes from Bhakti — the path of devotion.
The practice of love in action.
The choice to move, serve, create, and gather from the heart.

Bhakti teaches us that everything can be an offering —
every breath, every movement, every conversation.

Harmonia is our expression of that devotion.
It is love woven into Community.

✨ A Message from Mystic Threads & Movement ✨

As we move into a new season, we want to share that Amy Yelk will no longer be with Mystic Threads & Movement at the end of this month.

Amy has been a meaningful part of our space and community, and we are grateful for the energy, time, and heart she poured into it. Seasons shift, paths evolve, and we honor the journey that leads each of us exactly where we’re meant to be.

We wish Amy nothing but the absolute best in all of her future endeavors. May her next chapter be filled with growth, success, and continued light. 💛

Our doors remain open, our mission remains strong, and this beautiful community continues to grow together. Thank you all for being part of the journey. 🌿
