We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Hospice Social Worker to join our growing team serving patients and families across nine counties in Northwestern Kansas (Wallace, Sherman, Cheyenne, Thomas, Sheridan, Gove, Logan, Rawlins, and Decatur). This position offers the flexibility of working from home while providing meaningful in-person support to patients and families throughout our service area.

The NWKareS Hospice office will close early on Wednesday, December 24th at 12:00 PM and will be closed Thursday, December 25th in observance of Christmas. 🎅

The hospice office will also be closed on Thursday, January 1st in observance of New Year's Day. 🎊

As we enter this season of gratitude, we want to extend our heartfelt thank you to our patients, families, staff, volunteers, and community. Your trust and support means so much, and we are honored to walk alongside you.

In observance of the holiday, our Phillipsburg office will be closed on Wednesday the 26th and Thursday the 27th. As always, our clinical team remains available 24/7 to support our patients and families.

Labor Day is a reminder that the work we do matters. At NWKareS, that means walking beside patients and families with dignity, comfort, and compassion. Our nurses, social workers, chaplains, volunteers, and support staff give their hearts every single day, and we are so grateful for their commitment to going above and beyond.
