Make sure you take some time for yourself during this busy holiday season. Sometimes we get so overwhelmed with trying to get things done and doing things for others that we forget to take care of ourselves! Stress this time of year increases the chances or both illness and injury, so remember to take a break, take a breath and take also some time meditating on the true reason for the season as well. Enjoy time by yourself, with family, with friends and time with our Savior and Lord! God Bless!
