Do you have a daily routine? The secret to success is found in your daily routine.
Here’s some things that have worked for me to make my days more productive.
1️⃣ Take my pups outside to potty and read the news to see what’s happening in the world today 🌎
2️⃣ Make my morning shake and take my vitamins! (The shake is my absolutel favorite part of my morning!! It’s DELICIOUS!!) 😋 I also take my liquid CBD to keep level headed and calm and keep the anxiety away all day!
3️⃣ Review my schedule for the day and focus on what I can bring to the table for each client. ✅
4️⃣ Find an uplifting/funny/inspiring video to watch in the shower and while getting ready! (Yes!! I find it is amazing to start your day off with laughter or inspiration to set the tone for your mood! And what better time than when you’re getting ready?!) 😆
5️⃣ Find time to do some reading between clients/after clients. Either a book, an article, or even listen to an audible! 📚
6️⃣ Do 1 thing no matter how big or how small outside of your comfort zone! This expands your comfort zone and shows you that YOU CAN DO IT! 🤯
7️⃣ Do something you love just for you! (This can be anything that makes you happy! I sometimes include a nap! They make me the happiest! 😂)
8️⃣ Communicate with your loved ones! Nothing is better than having a conversation with people you love and care about… staying connected especially during these times where it’s so easy to isolate yourself. Call your family, call your best friend, speak to your people or engage their posts! 📱
9️⃣ Have a nightly self care routine! I like to wash my face, do a face mask, set my intentions for the next day, and most importantly take my collagen, nightly vitamins, and my liquid CBD! 🧖♂️
🔟 When going to bed, I like to think about what happened during the day that I am grateful for. It really sets the tone for getting a good nights sleep! 😴
