protein butterfinger bars π«π
2 cups corn flakes, crushed up
1 & 1/2 scoops agoge protein
1/4 tsp sea salt
1 cup unsalted cashew butter
1/2 cup pure maple syrup
Topping:
Dairy free chocolate chips, melted
π» Directions:
1. Mix the wet ingredients together
2. Add in the dry ingredients and mix together until a thick dough forms
3. Add in more corn flakes if needed
4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up the dough
5. Form into 10-12 candy bar pieces
6. Freeze for 30 minutes
7. Melt your chocolate with a tiny bit of coconut oil to help the consistency be more runny
8. Coat each candy piece with chocolate and stick back into the freezer until hardened
9. Enjoy!
