carrot cake energy bites 🥕 🍰 💪🏼

Ingredients:

1 scoop agoge vanilla protein
1 cup pitted Medjool dates
1 tbsp pure maple syrup
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/3 cup walnuts
1/3 cup cashews
1 tbsp black chia seeds
3 tbsp dairy free milk
1 tsp cinnamon spice
1/4 tsp nutmeg spice
Pinch of sea salt
2/3 cup old fashioned oats

Directions:
1.Add everything to a food processor and blend until a thick moldable dough forms
2. Roll into 10-12 bite sized balls
3. Keep as is or roll each ball in unsweetened coconut flakes
4. Refrigerate and enjoy!

cookie dough stuffed dates 🍪

1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 cup agoge vanilla protein
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 cup peanut/almond butter
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
1 container of medjool pitted dates

Directions:

1. Cut each date open but not completely in half. Just so there’s room to add in the cookie dough
2. In a large mixing bowl add in the wet ingredients and then the dry
3. Mix well until a thick dough forms. If it’s too dry then add in 1 tbsp dairy free milk until a sticky cookie dough consistency forms
4. Take each date and stuff with cookie dough
5. Keep in the refrigerator and enjoy whenever you need a sweet treat 😋
