Protein brownie batter w/ protein 🍫 🥄

1 cup of soaked & pitted Medjool dates
1 & 1/2 scoops chocolate agoge
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
Pinch of salt
1/4 cup almond butter
1/4 cup unsweetened dairy free milk
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

1. Add everything to a good processor
2. Blend until a thick dough forms
3. Enjoy by the spoonful! 😋

protein coffee cake 🍰 ☕️

Cake ingredients:
1 cup non dairy milk
1 tbsp applesauce or non dairy yogurt 
1 tsp vinegar
1/3 cup sugar
3 tbsp applesauce or 1/4 cup neutral oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 scoop agoge protein
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt

Streusel topping:

1/4 cup flour
1/2 scoop agoge protein
1/3 cup brown or coconut sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
2 1/2 tbsp melted butter

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
2. Spray or line your 8x8 baking dish and set aside
3. Mix the wet and dry cake ingredients together until combined. Mix the streusel topping in a separate bowl until crumbly
4. Pour the batter into the pan and spread out evenly
5. Add on the streusel topping
6. Bake for 35-40 minutes
7. Remove from the oven and let cool completely
8. Enjoy!

almond croissant blondies 🌱

2 cups almond flour
1 scoop vanilla Agoge protein
3/4 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp almond extract
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup melted plant butter
1/2 cup plant milk, unsweetened

Topping: sliced almonds & powdered sugar

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and grease your 8x8 pan
2. While your oven is preheating, grab a mixing bowl and combine the wet ingredients. Mix well
3. Add in your dry ingredients and combine until a thick batter forms
4. Pour into your greased baking pan and spread out evenly
5. Sprinkle on the sliced almonds and bake for 30-35 minutes
6. Let cool completely, slice into 9 squares and dust with powdered sugar
7. Enjoy! 😋

protein biscotti cookies

Dry ingredients:
1 & 1/2 scoop Agoge vanilla protein
2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
3/4 cups sugar
1/2 tsp fine sea salt
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1/4 cup dried cranberries, chopped

Wet ingredients:
1 cup & 1/4 cup dairy free milk
1/4 cup melted coconut oil or butter
1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:
1. Warm the milk and oil or butter together and whisk well until combined. Add in the vanilla and set aside
2. In a large mixing bowl add the remainder of the ingredients and mix until combined
3. Pour in the wet ingredients into the dry mixture
4. Mix well until a thick dough forms. If it’s sticky still then add 1 tbsp of flour at a time until it doesn’t stick to your hands
5. Cut the dough ball in half
6. Roll each of the two dough balls into a log shape about 2” wide and 3/4” thick and slightly flatten the top
7. Bake at 340 for 30 minutes until the dough is firm enough but not hard
8. Remove from the oven, let cool for 15 minutes
9. With a serrated knife, cut 1/2” slices of the dough log. You will see the biscotti shape
10. Place all the cookies back on the baking sheet and bake for roughly 20 minutes or until very lightly golden brown
11. Let cool and dip each cookie in melted chocolate (optional)
12. Enjoy!
