Vegan sushi for an easy weeknight dinner!

Using red bell pepper, cucumber, avocado, jalapeño, carrots, and tofu (or whatever else you love to have in sushi!), it’s easy to create lots of different rolls. Then add some soy sauce, sriracha, and spicy miso mayo… boom you’ve got bomb vegan sushi 👌🏼

How can you bring more compassion into your life? Start with the food on your plate!

SWIPE 👉🏼 to see some recent farm animal sanctuary visit pictures and some thoughts I've had recently after reading the quote on the first slide.

Compassion is a purposeful act done for the good of others. Eating animals is not for their own good. BUT learning how to reduce your consumption of animal based foods, and enjoying it in the process, is for their own good!
