Struggling to attract more clients or customers? Try putting out more authentic videos consistently. In 2025 I had this wild idea (ok I’m being sarcastic). I was like, what if I stop posting mostly photos and canva carousels and instead focus on putting out creative and authentic videos consistently? I mean, I am the video bestie so why not go all in on Reels? Practice what I preach. And what happened? Immense growth. So much business because women were seeing my videos, seeing my creativity, hearing my voice, and connecting to my story. Videos are so effective for connection! So it all you do is post photos, I challenge you to step up your video game. It doesn’t have to be anything fancy. Even selfie talking videos is enough to allow your followers to get to know you, ok? 📸🎤🎉

This year, one of my biggest intentions is slowing down.
Not because I’m doing less—but because I want to do things on purpose.

Funny enough, I injured my back two weeks ago and it got so bad I could barely stand up a few days ago. The universe has a funny way of responding to what you ask for.

For so long, I moved quickly out of habit, pressure, or the need to keep up. Now, I’m choosing clarity over chaos. Thoughtful decisions over rushed ones. Alignment over speed.

Moving slower doesn’t mean standing still.
It means moving with intention, awareness, and direction—so every step actually counts.
