They key to quick turn around and my production for customers is due to the investment we make in our tools. Extremely grateful for our SWIFT vacuum 5’x10’ CNC, hurricane vacuum system x 2, and our grid gaskets that help hold it all together! These pieces will get glued together to make 45x45 frames for another restaurant in Omaha, NE.

Probably gonna need a new set of those grid tiles soon tho.. 🤯

A little 2.5D carving for an antique baroque style shelf for in Scottsdale, AZ! This piece was made using some 3D STL files in conjunction with our CNC, system and gaskets!

When gives you a task of recreating a frame they saw in a much more miniature version, you buy the worlds largest bit to carve out a killer curve on your CNC! These 26”x30” walnut frames were held down by our system and gaskets to run this massive cove ovolo bit! The copper splines were then touched with a corrosive acid to darken them and give them a darkened appearance similar to an oiled bronze! Thank you for letting me help your vision come to life! Can’t wait to see these in person once your new location opens! It’s so close to home 😍😍

This retirement axe was commissioned by one of our customers for her husband who had 35 years on the job! She wanted a polished chrome axe head with a custom design on both the axe head and the handle. We’re pretty happy with how it came out and I’m honored to have been asked to make it! Congratulations on your retirement sir!

A custom 2.5D carved paw print made for the top of a pet urn. Had a customer who had a 3D scanned paw of their pet and asked if we could help them carve this out of walnut wood. Put the CNC to work and it came out incredible!

Went for a different design on this board for a gift. Maple, walnut and Paduk with a little flare! Finished this one with odies oil and added some gorgeous brass feet with rubber stoppers on the bottom! Do you know anyone who cooks a ton and could use an upgrade from their old plastic cutting boards?!
