Apparently I need a re-intro 😏

Yes I’m a pelvic floor PT. But I’m also a child of God, fiancé, dog mom, coach, business owner, travel addict, high performer, small-space plant killer, wealth-seeker, and someone who refuses to settle for half-measures in life

I care deeply about strength, performance, confidence, and building a body that actually keeps up with the life being lived. Not just for now but FOREVER. I care about big goals, bigger standards, and creating a life worth showing up for every single day.

I’m a big believer in self-sufficiency. No one’s coming to save you but yourself. The traditional healthcare system? It’s broken. And it keeps people stuck, sore, and frustrated so I built something that does the opposite.

This space isn’t just about PT exercises. It’s about health, movement, mindset, making a better life for yourself, raising your standards, and basically leveling up the whole damn life. God put us all on earth to use his gifted talents to not be mediocre, and I take that very seriously.

I’m a sucker for perspective shifts and “ohhh this is actually possible” moments…

So many of these women had that with us. They weren’t sure at first (of course). They questioned their own commitment, their bodies, their timing, their schedules around kids, whether they could actually make change happen..

But on the other side? Things look different. Movement feels safe and fun. Strength feels accessible. Seggs is more enjoyable. Confidence feels real. Life feels big again.

And the best part is that this business is my life and the best “job” in the world. I get to witness these moments over and over with our team and help women prove to themselves exactly what they’re capable of.

Urinary urgency and frequency aren’t a willpower problem. They’re not something you just “manage” And they surely dont automatically require in-person appointments to improve.

This client is a busy mom. Between work, kids, and real life, weekly clinic visits weren’t realistic. What was realistic was learning how her body actually worked and having a plan that fit into her life.

Throughout her time with us — she learned how to manage pressure instead of bracing through everything (pelvic floor can finally relax 👏), she strengthened her body progressively instead of avoiding movement for fear of leakage, and she learned to regulate her nervous system instead of living in a constant state of urgency and vigilance around bathrooms (game changer)

And yes this happened without in-person pelvic floor PT needing to touch her.

What changed wasn’t just her bladder. It was her belief that her body was unpredictable and it is “just the way it is now”

Most women are told:
Is what it is now that your a mom. OR go see urology and get a hundred tests, medications, bladder procedures, Botox, stimulation devices, etc and we’ll see if it helps.

Neither options lead to confidence.

The right education (applied consistently) creates results. Even for busy moms, even virtually, even when symptoms have been around for years.

You don’t need more appointments. You don’t need to organize your life around a bathroom. You need a strategy that actually respects your body and your schedule.

Been HEAVY on supporting my body the last 4 months.

After doing a GI Map, bloodwork, and hair mineral analysis, my body was soo under resourced 🥴 it’s no wonder when I’m a go-go-go type of person that has a lot going on.

I was low in things that matter way more than I ever realized—
– choline (huge for bile + fat digestion)
– digestive markers
– vitamin A + E
– omega-3s
- thyroid
- h pylori and parasites
– minerals like sodium, potassium. zinc + magnesium
– and overall bile support (which affects literally everything)
- so much more I can’t remember it all

So instead of cutting more foods or stressing harder, we focused on adding in: eggs, quality protein, healthy fats, fatty fish, colorful veggies, and meals that are centered around biters + fiber + fat + protein in that order so my body learns to do the proper things the right way again. I did cut out alcohol and gluten as those two things definitely weren’t helping anything.

It hasn’t been perfect. Healing never is. But working with a dietitian has taken SO much stress off my plate. I don’t have to guess, spiral, or overthink every symptom anymore and I’ve seen some pretty amazing changes with my overall body inflammation and acne. I can’t wait to see where we continue to go!

I didn’t get my hottest, leanest, most confident body until I fixed the underlying pelvic floor and hip issues that were holding me back.

For a longggg time ALL I did was MORE.

More training. More running to burn it off. More rules around food. More tracking. More 5 am workouts. I worried about eating out, planned my day around workouts, and convinced myself that if I just stayed strict enough, my body would finallyyyy respond.

And at the same time, I was leaking during workouts. My hips hurt constantly. Ran a half marathon inflamed as hell. Certain lifts felt off, but I slapped on knee braces and a lifting belt and ignored it.

I kept training through pain, added mobility on top, and told myself discomfort was part of the deal because “that’s just training”

No. My body was inflamed and unpredictable, even though I was doing “everything right”

Pain didn’t stop me, trust me, but it quietly capped my results.

Here’s the truth — you cannot outwork a body that doesn’t function well. It will fight you right back.

Everything started slowing changing when I stopped trying to push through and started addressing the root of my problems. I treated my pelvic floor and hip pain properly. I invested in real support. I applied all the knowledge of dosed loading, pressure, proper mechanics, recovery, fueling instead of restricting, and the importance of the nervous system. I trained with INTENTION.

That’s when fat flew off.
That’s when training felt good.
That’s when confidence came back.
That’s when I liked what I saw in the mirror.

Getting out of pain isn’t flashy. It’s not exciting.
But the outcome is.

Leaner. Stronger. Hotter. More confident. Engaged to the love of my life. More successful in life and business.

That’s why I do this work. It’s what we’ve help over a thousand women do. Help them build a body that actually works for them instead of against them.

We are 2 days out from my first hyrox and if there’s anything I’ve learned over the years of competing on and off my entire life with various forms of fitness, the week of your event is all about doing what actually protects your body and unlocks performance on day of.

This is the phase where injury risk is highest if load isn’t managed well, so I personally prioritize recovery, tissue health, and nervous system regulation just as intentionally as training. This is also something I PREACH to my clients who are in the same position.

Reducing volume while maintaining quality preserves load tolerance, supports connective tissue, and allows muscles and tendons to recover on their own timelines.

Fueling and hydration become part of training here too of course, carbs and sodium are not optional, they’re necessary 👏 do not be afraid of loading it up.

I tell every client this: fitness is already built. Taper week isn’t the time to prove anything, it’s the time to let your body absorb the work so it can actually show up on race day.

2025 taught me more than I planned for 🤍

It was a year of growth, refinement, and choosing alignment.

Some goals were met, some shifted, some failed, and some were intentionally set aside so I could invest deeper in my calling, my faith, my people, and the work God placed in front of me.

Progress doesn’t always look loud, and obedience doesn’t always look flashy but it always (and I mean always) produces fruit in time, even if it’s so hard to see it.

Every step, every direction (and every redirection if I’m being honest) shaped me into a stronger leader, a more grounded woman, and a better steward of what I’ve been given.

Glory to God for the lessons I didn’t ask for, the provision I couldn’t plan, and the absolute stretch that grew me more than comfort ever could.

And thank YOU all for the support and love over the last year. I wouldn’t be able to do anything I do without all of you!
