When you get a last-minute invite to meet up with a friend and check out the latest and most awesome farmers market that is SEED OIL FREE hosted by founder of .coffee and featuring this cool new company I found who makes bone broth protein bars and I wonder why did nobody do this before and thank God they did so thank you to for making a bar like that and my favorite dessert maven of all time that has Monica friendly ingredients .co and also can create the most perfect custom birthday cakes for any special occasion including holidays and has a pumpkin pie that to this day is my favorite in history and I could just eat it all day every day and then running into my good friend Shawna aka Dr E where I send all of my people for clearing their emotional blocks and trauma because she is just the best and I see her myself any chance I get at her office in Scottsdale and all I can say is what a pleasant surprise this entire Sunday morning turned out to be! You won’t magically wake up one day with a clear calendar, more money, less stress, and the perfect window to get your health in order.

There is no “right time.” There’s just the decision to stop waiting.

Life doesn’t get easier.
You get more intentional.

Healing doesn’t fit neatly into your schedule. It disrupts it—because what you were doing before wasn’t working. And the only way out of that cycle is to build something new.

🔁 MINDSET SHIFT:
You don’t need more time—you need more boundaries.
Time doesn’t create healing. Prioritization does.

🛠 ACTION THIS WEEK:
✅ Stop waiting for things to calm down.
→ Real life is always going to be messy. Your health still matters right now.
✅ Reclaim your schedule—one slot at a time.
→ Look at your week and block off time for what actually supports healing: meals, rest, prep, movement.
✅ Ask: Where am I using “busy” as an excuse?
→ Then shift. Don’t try to overhaul. Just pick one thing to make non-negotiable.

"My life had turned into a living hell. I would cry every day and just look outside and think "I can't live like this.” I tried almost everything. I literally went to over 20 MDs, 7 specialists, a dietician, 5 functional medicine doctors. No one could help me.

Monica is a master at what she does and she knows how to really help people. I even went to a psychiatrist because the doctors thought it could be "in my head." Even my own mother would say the same thing. Finally, I found Monica on Yelp. I was skeptical in the beginning, because I had gone to so many doctors and other holistic doctors. But I said to myself "I can't give up.

Literally, my whole body was in pain all the time. My head hurt, eyes, joints, muscles, stomach, intestines, bladder, prostate, kidneys, and I could go on. They did tell me I had acid reflux, fibromyalgia, IBS, and Sibo, but taking what they gave me did not help me because those issues were not the root cause. Monica figured out it was my nerves and brain that was causing my widespread pain.

The first week some of my stomach pains started going away, I was a bit shocked. A month went by and I started feeling a little more better. So now I am writing this review and I feel so great! I can work out, DJ, produce music and whatever else I want. I feel like my life is back! She also tells you how to eat, what water to drink and other great information that will help you learn what true health is. I could write more but I will leave you with one last thing. Follow whatever Monica says, if she says jump off a cliff do it. Ok that was joke haha. But seriously, listen to her and do what she says because she really knows how to help people. Remember no one could help me, I thought maybe this was the end for me, that was only until I met Monica.

Let’s be real—nutrition today is nothing like it was for our grandparents.

It’s time for a reality check:
That mindset could be slowing down your healing.

Your body isn’t the enemy. It’s the messenger.

Those frustrating symptoms?
They’re not “bad”—they’re clues.
They’re your body trying to work with you as a team.

💡 MINDSET SHIFT:
❌ “Why is my body doing this to me?”
✅ “What is my body asking for right now?”

Healing isn’t about forcing your body to behave.
It’s about listening—so you can stop chasing symptoms and start Treating the Source.

✨ THIS WEEK:
→ When symptoms flare, pause and ask:
“What’s my body trying to tell me right now?”
“Where have I been overdoing, ignoring, or skipping what I know I need?”

→ Write it down.

I've been going to her for the past 3 months and I can't say enough good things about her.

From day 1, the results that I've seen were unbelievable.

She is the absolute BEST at what she does! And if you are serious about your health and want the best treatment you can find.. Look no further.

Every doctor I went to, I told them:
“By the way—I was raised Vegan. Is that a problem?”
Every single one said the same thing:
“Nutrition doesn’t matter. Eat whatever you want.”

No one knew any better because they are not trained in what food does to your body.
No one asked a single question about what my body actually needed.

Instead, almost every doctor tried to put me on an antidepressant or anti-anxiety medication. Hard.
Some wouldn’t even keep talking to me if I didn’t agree to it.

Because that was their answer to everything:
“It’s in your head. Stop acting like a psycho.” (that's what it felt like they were saying to me)

I was shamed.
Made to feel like a hysterical female.
Treated like I was exaggerating or being a "drama queen".

Friends dropped off.
People faded away.
And I lost everything that made me who I THOUGHT I was as a person.

I didn’t want to stop being Vegan. I didn't want to start eating animals because I had seen so many videos on the torture they experienced until they were slaughtered for meat in Factory Farms. My father is an Animal Rights Activist.
I didn't realize there was another way. I didn't know that there was something else BESIDES factory farmed meat.
But in the end—it was eat animals or never be able to get my health back and be a person again.

"Monica (Treat the Source) has truly changed my life! It's as though she has the owner's manual for the body that apparently most of us lost at birth. And it's the updated version that accounts for all the modern day toxins. She gets the body working like it's supposed to.

With all the toxins we are now dealing with... our bodies forget how to work properly. That's when everything goes haywire and our bodies start having major symptoms. Monica is the interpreter for the body when you can't figure out what the hell is wrong with you!

I suffered with major hormone, gut and autoimmune issues for 13 years. I went to every top doctor and natural health practitioner with high hopes, only to be repeatedly let down. I've done every test out there and spent a small fortune trying to get answers. I took handfuls of supplements a day. Nothing worked!! I knew there was something simple they just couldn't figure out.

I started doing my own research to figure it out myself. I knew our bodies weren't designed to just crap out at a certain age and we would be forced to take meds, hormones and supplements forever. I knew there was a natural way. I listened to every podcast and read countless books trying to find the answers.

That's when I heard Monica on a podcast with Monica mentioned that the body can be blocked or switched and no matter what you do, you can't fix it. I knew that was my problem.
