✨ This month we’re proud to feature Sara Johnson, a dedicated and thoughtful member of the Razz Yoga community. ✨
Sara began practicing yoga at Razz during her pregnancy, drawn to the studio’s welcoming energy, beginner-friendly classes and supportive instructors. What she found was more than just a place to practice—it was a space where she felt seen, safe, and empowered.
“I used to avoid flow classes out of fear I couldn’t keep up. Now, I feel strong, capable, and excited to grow.”
Over time, yoga has helped Sara cultivate a growth mindset that extends far beyond the mat. She feels more mindful, less reactive and more grateful in everyday life.
Her favorite classes include:
🌟 Hatha with Missy, which encourages strength and confidence.
🌟 Midweek flows with Peat, who blends humor, props, and yoga philosophy.
🌟 Sundays with Nilvis, which feel like a “warm hug” to close the week.
Sara’s favorite poses include pigeon and firelog, where she finds deep release and meditation. She loves how Razz supports her journey with compassion and authenticity.
“Razz isn’t a gym—it’s a loving community. I felt like I belonged, even when I wasn’t sure I deserved it.”
Outside of yoga, Sara volunteers with the JES PTA, runs with Athletes Serving Athletes, and enjoys baking sourdough, gardening and attending wellness retreats.
We’re so grateful to have Sara as part of our community—her journey is a beautiful reminder of the power of presence, growth and connection. 💛
