We’ve been gettin some much need rain here in Phoenix. Grab a bowl or two and make a strong protection bath when that lightening strikes again. Add some peppermint, hyssop ( you can boil it pour into tub), salt, a black crystal and a tiny bit of a strong masculine cologne. Add your listening rain water and dive into some deep protection. ⚡️⛈️ Our detox jinx bath is a perfect match with this rain water. You can stop in and grab one or order on our site. Link in bio.

Everyone thinks being a priest is cool until you gotta do the work. I remember making the decision to accept the call but was not happy about many of the responsibilities it came with. When you make the commitment to be come a working priest / community priest you find out real quick that it’s truly being in servitude to others. For me it happened organically until one day I realized I had passed the threshold of devotee to god mother / community priest. For me it started with trying to help others. Whether it was health, finances, family or just guidance. I’ve always wanted to help make life easier for people. Long story short here we are. Long days and nights or work and meet ups check ins, learning and teaching.

It’s a lot of work and it can be tricky sometimes dealing so many different types of people and personalities but it’s been so amazing to see peoples lives change over the last 5 years. I also enjoy witnessing this tradition speak life and healing into the lives of its devotees. However O do have my moments when I’d rather not do anything lol and I question “Why did I do all this?” Lol Soon as I get a call or a praise report it’s a reminder of why and I’m grateful. 🥹

So check this out yall! We never want smoke over here. But the old saying rings true,” Don’t start none won’t be none!” The last thing any of us want to do is have to deal with folks and whatever is out there. The beautiful thing is if you’re in alignment none of the chaos sent your way can take hold.

What does that mean? Well one thing we’ve learned is that if you out here in these streets cutting up. Breaking taboos, not following the guidance of the odu and elders, have poor character, and just being an overall terrible person, that leaves you wide open to a bunch of chaos that can easily hop on and take you for a ride.

However if you are spiritually cleansing yourself, following the directives of odu, taking care of yourself and spiritual hygiene, being a stand up righteous person. It’s harder for the bu****it to stick. Your weakness is the area where you can definitely be tested and the rest is a battle back to harmony.

Some attacks result in severe anxiety, depression, ideations, that ultimately cause sickness. Then during that period you lack the motivation to even do the things that you know will help cleanse and protect you. The ultimate goal is to separate you from the things and tools that sustain you and your spiritual strength. So stay safe out there and get back in your game. Ire gbogbo! Ase wa!

On 10/10/25 I celebrated 13 years in this practice 5 years as an orisa priestess. We honored the birth of my ocha and crown. 👑 Seems like every 5th year on this journey marks a major shift. Heading into another major shift and I am sitting in a space of acceptance. No longer in denial about who I am, or where I belong. I know where I come from and the assignment I’ve been given. No more fear, no doubt. Honored to be a vessel, honored to do the work. Honored to be a daughter of the high mothers. They have guided my steps one by one since birth. We will continue to spread truth, share healing wisdom and ancestral guidance to our communities and support the diaspora. Help break the chains of colonialism that have tried to erase our ancestral heritage and practices, wake up our DNA / blood lineages. It’s time to remember ✨especially now!

Osun carries a mirror for a reason. This mirror is not about vanity but about loving your self-image. People often say she deals with love, but she has nothing to do with you loving someone you’re having s*x with. No, Osun’s love is about SELF-LOVE. That is what the mirror she carries symbolizes.

It is also the reason the Odu Ifa say that when the orisa attempted to build a world without Osun (self-love of one’s self-image), everything they built kept failing. When they went to Olodumare to complain, He first asked them, “Where is Osun (self-love of your self-image)?”

They responded, “We didn’t think we needed her (Self-love).”
Olodumare chuckled and said,”Nothing you attempt to build can endure without Osun (self-love). Return to her, apologize, and beg her to join you in your work.”

The source of the pure Black person’s oppressed condition today is obvious; we lack self-love of our self-image. The majority of Blacks hate their own pure West African image and pure West African culture. They only see it as valuable if it is mixed with some other race. They want it mixed with Arab, Indian, European, ANYTHING but just West African. And if they can’t mix it they will literally bleach it to make it looked mixed. As a result of relying on other races to value your own, you become oppressed by those other races.

Only when we are able to not only look at ourselves in pure form in the mirror—midnight black with broad facial features—and see it as worthy of being the Supreme Being’s image, Osun, will we be able to break free of oppression. Only when we ask Osun to join us and to be our mirror, can we become true Human Beings again. ✍️IFA ORISA SCIENTIFIC SPIRITUALALITY
