Our event is recommended for kids 3-10 but the younger ones are welcome too of course - they'd just need help with crafts etc . . . all children must have a parent with them at all times - no drop offs!

We're still deciding if we need to have a sign up or not but we'll update this event flyer as soon as we decide.

It's really just a very relaxed and sweet morning that we can share our beautiful horses with the little ones and their families!

I'm usually hesitant to share about my furry friends who have passed on. I respect the privacy of their owners and caregivers. But this Saturday I was deeply moved by the news that this extraordinary beauty had passed away. She was more than just a horse, she was an incredible teacher who profoundly impacted my life. I feel truly blessed to have had the privilege of sharing Equine Reiki with her. From the very first day, she responded to me, and over time, our bond grew stronger. I'm eternally grateful to Sharon at Horses of Pamlico for allowing me to volunteer my Reiki services for so many years. Liberty, you brought me comfort just as I comforted you, and I will deeply miss you. May you rest in peace.🙏💜

It always fills me with a sense of humility to recognize that I possess a unique gift for calming animals, particularly anxious dogs. They serve as my teachers. Happy Gotcha Day Finley. This remarkable day commemorates the moment he was adopted. It's been an incredible year already and he is overflowing with love, life and shenanigans.
