No-bake fudge & oat dessert recipe HEREβ¬οΈ
Base:
π 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
π 1 cup oat flour
π 1/2 tsp cinnamon
π 1/4 tsp salt
π 1/2 cup melted coconut oil
π 2 tbsp maple syrup
Topping:
π 1 cup dark chocolate
π 1 tsp coconut oil
π 1/2 cup dairy free yogurt
π 2 tbsp Daily Multi-Fiber (savory mocha flavor)
π shredded coconut
Mix all base ingredients together and press into baking dish of choice. Freeze for 15 minutes. In the meantime make the topping by adding coconut oil to the dark chocolate and heating in the microwave for 30-60 seconds, until melted. Mix in the dairy free yogurt and Daily Multi-Fiber. Take the base out of the freezer and pour on chocolate topping. Sprinkle on some shredded coconut if desired. Freeze for one hour, and enjoy!
