This is my motivation to be the best accountability partner I can possibly be with my clients, texts like this.

For me, it’s about making my clients healthy inside and out. Yes, most people have some specific “body goals”….and we hit those too…how do I do it???

All of my clients just take a quick picture of everything they eat and drink other than water….then I do all the work evaluating it and having text conversations…giving them ways to make each meal healthier…and as the weeks go by they can scroll back through the pictures to see how their eating is evolving🙌

knowing they have to send me pictures keeps them focused on their goals

For all of you who say…”I don’t eat carbs”…. Really???🤔🤔🤔

For those of you who want to eat the healthiest way you can…don’t follow any “Diet” that has a name…. They are not really sustainable …..what you want to do is have the majority of what you eat (at least 95% of the time) be UNPROCESSED food‼️…..veggies fruits eggs and lean cuts of meats…..super simple….2/3 good carbs 1/3 Protein…no magic…now there are other things in play here like volume of food etc….but if you eat food in its original form (for example don’t juice or smoothie your fruits and veggies) it’s hard to consume too much‼️….think about it…when you go to make a smoothie….and you put out all the spinach and kale and cucumbers and bananas and strawberries etc….how long would it take you to eat all that?….all day long is the answer….but you suck it down instantly when you drink it….and then most of you will want to eat something (chew something) on top of it…so just eat it in its original form and that takes care of the volume issue most of the time on its own

Let’s rewire our brains to think these good carbs fuel our exercise..give us good brain health and make us happier humans😋💕

One of the kindest things you can do for another human being is to share your love of fitness….lowers their stress level…..increases their endorphins which translates into a happier self….not to mention the positive things it does for your body inside and out…..so your random act is to share your favorite class or place or just a physical activity with another human being….you never know what it could spark in them‼️

Live in Inspiration…..Everyday….things that inspire you in one moment can and should be “re-lived” again and again ….

I remember the first time I saw a young kid stand and jump up on the highest part of the wall surrounding Wells Fargo Arena at ASU…..well over 50+ inches…..and I use that memory to re-inspire me through my life….
