Reliatus Behavioral Health is partnering with a leading behavioral health organization to hire an experienced Licensed Mental Health Professional (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LPA, or Clinical Psychologist) for a Clinical Manager role. Compensation & Benefits:
💰 Salary: $100,000 annually�💵 Hiring Bonus: $10,000 (2-year commitment)�🏖 PTO: 5 weeks in year one; 8 weeks from year two onward�💼 Retirement: 401(k) with immediate vesting + company match�🎯 Incentives: Company bonus + quarterly incentive eligibility�🏥 Insurance: Excellent health coverage options

Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise a multidisciplinary clinical and peer support team
* Oversee daily operations, schedules, and treatment coordination
* Support HR with clinical staffing and recruiting
* Lead team meetings, training, and professional development
* Ensure compliance with Alaska Residential Licensing standards
* Implement program improvements and strategic initiatives
* Support evidence-based behavioral health practices
* Evaluate crisis situations and guide appropriate response

Qualifications:
* Master’s degree in mental health or related field
* Active LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LPA, or Clinical Psychologist license
* 5+ years of clinical experience
* Supervisor approval for LPC/LCSW preferred
