There is something truly magical about starting my mornings with Cranial Sacral Unwinding sessions.

Cranial Sacral Unwinding is a gentle modality that supports the body’s natural ability to release restrictions and self-regulate. Using light touch, I tune into the subtle rhythms of the body and allow it to unwind at its own pace, allowing the body to do what it already knows how to do.
