I was having the conversation today with someone about soul lessons.

I don’t think we always have to learn them “the hard way”

Sure, we contracted for lessons and growth…

But perhaps we can ask for it to be presented in alignment with our highest expression..

For example,instead of the repeated heart break to crack open our hearts, how about a new pet?

I don’t know..just thinking out loud.

I do think it depends on if you know how to access the highest expression of YOU…

The frequency that can quickly align with a heart opening pet vs repeated heart break…

Try saying “show me how easy it is to learn this lesson in a way that aligns with my highest vibrational expression”

What are your thoughts???

A “Timeline shift” to me is simply a change in frequency…

This can feel :

👉🏻Uncomfortable
👉🏻Unfamiliar
👉🏻Like your world is falling apart
👉🏻Like you have reverted back

But in reality, you are becoming:

We all question what we are doing from our human egos…and I know the authentic ones will admit this.

Good thing our soul magic is encoded within our blueprint

If my ego stayed in my way, there is no way in hell I would be channeling light codes.

But when the ego starts to see the magic work…without knowing HOW half the time..

It tames the ego and allows for the flow of magic

Hi there, I’m Michelle

Welcome! My name is Michelle, and I am a spiritual seeker, inutitive healer, health nut, mom of two beautiful girls and wife to one amazing husband. On a typical day, you can find me squeezing in a morning meditation, vitamixing my favorite smoothie, hitting up a yoga class, carpooling my two girls to school, and then racing off to my corporate gig. I wasn’t always a wellness nut, spirit seeking yoga enthusiast. In fact, it all fell into my lap after experiencing my own health crisis

I struggled with a body that was toxic, cancerous and out of balance. I lived with anxiety, fear, and panic. Oh, and I might add that the universe was throwing my spiritual awakening down my throat at the same time. I decided to take things into my own hands and embarked upon my healing journey. I sought out anything Spiritual, as it always intrigued me, and stumbled upon an energy healing technique called Reiki. I eventually took 4 levels of courses and attained my Reiki Teacher Level certification.

As I performed Reiki on myself, I witnessed a massive transformation that led to my spiritual, physical, and emotional breakthrough. I started to see results as my body transformed, and I began to heal. I continued to expand my spiritual knowledge and training by attaining a certification in crystal healing. Crystals have made a huge impact in my life and now positively impact the lives of my clients.

My council of light has also granted me the ability to bring forth light code transmissions and activations for my clients. Light codes are unique to each individual and are personal frequency transmissions. Full light integration is essential for our physical bodies to live, function and ascend to the new 5D consciousness. I have been granted a unique set of transmissions, distinct from others you see or hear about online. These new codes will help upgrade your bio-energetic systems and allow you to physically embody more of your higher self.
