Art heals because it doesn’t have trigger words that shut you down. It allows the mind to seeeeee and feel without words that can change meanings.

Eating the most prime foods in this planet, drinking the most pure water, living in clean air…. All elements to a full NORMAL life that we all deserve.

If you haven’t noticed Momma, a lot of the things that you buy the store are not good for you (and, quite simply, toxic), but you also didn’t know that you can make it yourself.

when I first learned that I could make a lot of my own home care products and certainly my own food I started to feel liberated and started to shift my mindset around the things that we were taught growing up.

now not only do I make my own deodorant and face cream and night cream. I also make most of my own food. Unfortunately, I cannot grow my food, but I can order from the local farmers markets to help.

I’m so excited to see all the things that I can make myself at home to improve equality of my living every single day. I’m grateful grateful for having learned that we have choices.

What is this mysterious drawing, you ask?

As most of my paintings begin, it is a sigil or visual stamp that appeared in my vision when I looked at the canvas.

It was the energy that was called for. This piece is the beginning of my largest painting since 1989 when I rendered the Adoration of the Magi by Leonardo. That piece was about 5’ x 5’.

This new one is 4’ square. I’m so so so excited to render the rest!!!!

I have already marked out the main shapes. Watch this space for the snapshot. This quick sketch was about 3” square.

Evolution of my superpowers. ie “you mean I get to do this if I want to? kind of job” just sharing since some of you enjoy my work and the process.

The crayon watercolor crayons are new from Christmas. I credit Carolin Galante for introducing them to me. They make me very very happy! 😃
