Soreo, a service of Mosaic, partners with people to create a meaningful life in a caring community, giving a voice to their needs. Soreo provides non-medical, in-home, full- or part-time supports for aging seniors who want to be independent in their home for as long as possible. Soreo also provides similar support services for those with intellectual, developmental or physical disabilities. Soreo’s In-Home support services are tailored to the specific needs of the client. Its services include, but are not limited to:
• Bathing and showering
• Local shopping and errands
• Helping with laundry and bed linens
• Respite care
• Encouraging socialization and use of community resources
• Preparing healthy meals and nutrition counseling
• Medication reminder and pick up
• General, light housekeeping
• Transportation to appointments
• Providing companionship
Based on the client and his or her family’s needs, Soreo will match the client with a compatible Direct Care Worker. Soreo’s funding partners include the Veterans Administration, ALTCS (Mercy Care, United Healthcare, Banner, Arizona Division of Developmental Disabilities), Pima Council and Jewish Family & Children's Services for those who qualify.
