Every journey begins with a single step and never truly ends, as we are ALL continually learning and growing! And as most of us have experienced, having a coach there for strength & support to keep us going in the right direction makes the journey so much easier and more enjoyable to steer the course! Health and Fitness is truly my passion in life and I am so thrilled that I now get to share it with people on a daily basis as my chosen career! My fitness experience ranges in everything from competitive swimming, weight lifting/body building, various distance triathlons including multiple Half Iron Man distances, various Bikini figure competitions, Full and Half Marathons. So no matter what your goals are, you can count on me to help you reach them! And for much less than you would pay at a commercial gym for the same 45 minute session!
