I got 43 minis out of this recipe and I can eat 4 of them for only 1g of carbs!! These three ingredients make the best chocolate muffins! Imagine if we eat them warm with a scoop of Rebel ice cream!! 😋😋😋

I make these cheese chips every week. Swiss is my favorite but really, any cheese slices will work (or if you're really ambitious, cut your own cheese squares 😃).
Quarter the cheese slices and place them on a parchment lined baking sheet. Sprinkle Everything Bagel seasoning (or your choice) and bake in a preheated oven at 375 for 10-12 minutes. Let them cool for a few minutes before you try to eat..um, I mean remove, them from the sheet onto a paper towel. I store them in a plastic bag but I don't know how long that they're good for....they never last long!
PS- don't worry if they melt and touch, they snap apart perfectly like saltine crackers

This is hands down the BEST recipe for keto pizza! It’s so easy to make and even my non-keto hubby loves it!
Keto Skillet Pizza!👇
INGREDIENTS:
* 2 ounces cream cheese
* 2 cups mozzarella, shredded
* 2 eggs, beaten
* 1 cup almond flour
* Pinch of salt & pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Preheat oven to 400 F, grease a cast iron pan.
2) Mix cream cheese and mozzarella together in a bowl and microwave for 1 minute. Stir and heat additional 20 seconds until melted and mixing smoothly.
3) Add beaten eggs to almond flour, mix well.
4) Combine with the cheese mixture and work until a dough is formed (I use my hands!).
5) Push dough into cast iron skillet (like you would for a deep dish pizza - I cover my hands in oil first so that the dough doesn’t stick to them!). Poke holes to avoid air bubbles. Bake for 10-15 minutes (I bake 15 min).
6) Then add low carb pizza sauce (Rao‘s), place desired toppings, and return to the oven for another 10-15 min! (I bake another 15 min, but last couple of minutes I broil to crisp the top a little!)
Let it cool for 10-15 minutes before serving

Thought I’d share my protein coffee with y’all. It tastes just like caramel macchiato!
5g NC
31g Protein
I use 1C iced coffee unsweetened and 1 premier protein shake, chilled over ice.
I will be switching to an off brand shake but with the same nutritional info due to the Premiers being so pricey.
*NOTE:* There is 2 carbs from the iced coffee, you can cut those out by brewing coffee at home and cooling it down yourself. My Folgers coffee has no carbs.

KETO RAVIOLI
24 slices provolone cheese
1 lb. Italian ground sausage, cooked and drained
2 tablespoons cream cheese
2 tablespoons sour cream
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 cup Rao's Marinara (or your favorite kind)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line a baking sheet (or baking sheets) with parchment paper. Add the 24 slices of provolone cheese to the baking sheet or sheets (depending on how large your baking sheets are) leaving space in between each piece and set aside.
In a small bowl, mix together cooked Italian ground sausage, cream cheese, sour cream, and shredded cheese and set aside.
Place the baking sheet in the oven for 3 minutes or until cheese starts to bubble and turn golden brown around the edges. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let cool for 3-5 minutes. You may have to do this in stages if you're using more than one baking sheet.
Add a scoop of Italian sausage filling to the middle of twelve cheese slices. Place the remaining twelve slices of melted provolone on top, lifting gently with a spatula.
Once placed, press down to seal the edges of the provolone cheese.
Turn oven to broil and place the baking sheet back in the oven. Keep an eye on the ravioli, you will only want these in for 30 seconds or so, just enough to heat the top slice to really seal the edges.
Remove ravioli from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before plating. Serve with your favorite keto marinara sauce and parmesan cheese (or pecorino romano!). Enjoy!

Bacon Broccoli Salad- I LOVE this salad!
▪️ Ingredients
5 cups broccoli florets
8 slices bacon, crisped up bacon
1/2 small red onion, minced
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
▪️ Dressing Ingredients
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
3 tbsp granulated Swerve or Erythritol
sea salt, to taste
▪️ Directions
1) Mix together the dressing ingredients: mayonnaise, white vinegar, Swerve and salt. Set aside.
2) Cook Bacon, set aside

Have you ever walked into a store where they are roasting nuts with sugar and cinnamon? You wanted some so bad but then realized it is not acceptable for the Keto lifestyle? Well now you CAN have them in the comfort of your own home!
Seriously, I can’t stop eating them. 🤤 This recipe is so easy and a perfect treat on a keto diet!
Ingredients:
•4 cups of Pecan Halves (16oz)
•1 egg white
•1 tsp Vanilla
•1 cup brown sugar substitute (I used brown sugar swerve)
•2 tsp cinnamon
•1/2 tsp nutmeg
•1/2 tsp cloves
•1/4 cup butter-melted
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325F.
2. Whisk egg white until frothy. I used a hand frother.
3. In a large bowl, combine pecans with egg white, vanilla and melted butter.
4. Toss with cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg.
5. Stir in brown sugar substitute.
6. Place parchment paper on a large baking sheet. Spread pecans on the baking sheet. Spread evenly.
7. Bake for 20 minutes, tossing half way through!
8. Remove and let cool. Pecans will harden and become more crunchy as they cool.
Serving size is 16 and 2 net carbs per serving! Enjoy!

Totally tired out! Cleaning 🧼 house most of day and just want to sit and relax 😁. So I took easy way out and made a Delicious 🤤 Smoothie and very Filling for me 💕
Recipe:
1/4 cup fresh blueberries
2-Tbsp cream cheese
2-Tbsp heavy cream
1-Tbsp hempseed
1-Tbsp Swerve
1-Tsp vanilla extract
1-cup unsweetened almond milk
Blend Altogether. Enjoy 😉
