One of the most surprising (and powerful) truths in bodywork is this:

THE PLACE YOU FEEL PAIN IS OFTEN NOT WHERE THE PROBLEM ACTUALLY STARTS.

That shoulder pain?
It might be coming from tightness in your neck, jaw, or even your hips.
That sore lower back?
It could be related to your posture, your feet, or how you are breathing.

The body is deeply interconnected. Muscles, fascia, joints, and movement patterns all work together - and sometimes compensation in one area leads to strain in another.
