This business didn’t start as a big plan. It started from a quiet pull toward something simpler. I became more aware of what I was bringing into my home, more connected to plants, and more intentional about the way I lived, and Orion Wellness grew from that.

What began as a small idea has grown into something so much bigger. Orion Wellness is now a full line of candles, herbal blends, and apothecary products, all made with clean, non-toxic ingredients and crafted with purpose. No fragrance oils, no shortcuts. Just plants and intention.

I’m also a mom, which has only deepened my commitment to creating products I truly trust. Everything I make is something I feel good about using in my own home, around my family.

This space is about more than products. It’s about slowing down, reconnecting, and creating small daily rituals that support your well-being in a real, grounded way.

21 Miles - “I can do hard things”

The Ultra Trex hike is one week away. 21 miles. And honestly? I am ready!
21 miles ahead
10 weeks training
1 - 10 mile training hike this Saturday
Back in February, I made a commitment. Not when the weather was nice - because it wasn’t. Cold mornings, wind and even a day or two caught in the rain that made every step feel like a negotiation. I laced up anyway!
Every week I pushed the miles. Built up slowly, respected the process and kept showing up. There were days I didn’t want to go. Days my body was hurting. Days the weather made it easy to say “tomorrow.” I went anyway.
I walked with friends, walked with Owen, walked by myself enjoying a few audio books along the way.
Now I’m in the final week - one last 10 mile walk to shake the legs out before the big day. Taper mode. Trust the training. Believe in the body.
