Our multidisciplinary healthcare team will assess the unique medical and personal needs of each client and creates a plan that ensures safety and wellness while maintaining the maximum level of independence and privacy possible. Most importantly, we take pride in our reliable and responsive staff who are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. At Personal Health Care, we will assist you or your loved one in building a care plan tailored to your unique needs and circumstances. We work closely with a variety of agencies, organizations and health insurances, including, but not limited to: Department of Aging, Veterans Administration, Long Term Care Insurances, Medicaid, Medicare, School Districts, PA Waiver Programs. We also accept private pay clients. Our services span Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia Counties. Our pediatric services provide care both at home and in school.
