Providing quality healthcare to the uninsured in an atmosphere that fosters dignity and respect.

The Clinic provides primary and specialty healthcare services to our uninsured patients through a combination of paid staff, volunteer physicians and volunteer RNs. Along with primary and specialty care, we provide our patients with lab testing, diagnostic testing and medications. We feel privileged to care for the most vulnerable members of our community.

November is Diabetes Awareness Month, we’re celebrating real patient victories. A young man came to the ER with a blood sugar over 500 (normal ~ 80 - 100). After being referred to PFC, we provided medications, monitoring, nutrition guidance, and consistent follow-up. Six months later, his HbA1C dropped from 15.4 to 5.8 — a remarkable turnaround.
