Balanced Fitness: Your Strength, Your Way
Monday, 4:00–5:00 PM
A fun, multilevel class that helps you build strength, flexibility, balance, and cardio fitness at your own pace. Choose your weights, pace, and movements so the class fits your body and your goals.
Core Training (TRX) — Men & Women
Monday, 6:00–7:00 PM
Build a stronger center with TRX suspension training. This class targets the muscles that support balance and spine health, including the hips, lower back, and glutes. It’s a great foundation for supporting the postural gains made during therapeutic massage.
Stretching for Women
Monday, 7:00–8:00 PM
A relaxed, welcoming class focused on deep flexibility and functional mobility. We work on common areas of tension like the hips, hamstrings, chest, and neck so everyday movement feels easier and more comfortable. Great for maintaining that open, loose feeling after a massage.
