🌱💚Update: As many know, the funding bill was signed to reopen the government. Unfortunately, the new H**p language was included in it.

What does this mean for you?

There is now a 365 Day (1 Year) window starting Today before this new language takes effect and becomes law. This allows businesses to continue operating & H**p products to REMAIN Federally LEGAL until November 2026.

During this next year, we do expect attempts with legislation to either remove or amend that language to lessen the restrictions for the better, before it can become Law in November 2026.
Let's pray and hope these attempts are successful as times goes by. Like us, the majority of businesses and people support Smart regulations for Safe access to quality tested products. Not a ban or handing it to other industries to control because of their greed.

Please continue reaching out to your representatives and let your voice be heard to continue protecting safe access to currently Legal H**p products, especially for those who need it most. There's now 365 days to regulate, not ban
