You will need…
• Rose Quartz, Green Aventurine or Rhodonite (one or all)
• A candle (pink, green or white if you have it)
• Your journal
• A quiet, cozy moment

🧘‍♀️ Heart Grounding
• Light your candle
• Place your crystal(s) over your heart or hold them in your hands
• Take slow breaths, imagining a warm, soft light expanding from your chest

🙏🏽 Intention and Prayer
• Read the prayer posted slowly
• Pause and gently affirm…
“I allow love to meet me here.”

✍🏽 Journal Reflection
• Write openly using this Journal Prompt…
“What does loving myself more fully look like in my everyday life this February? Where am I being invited to soften, forgive or open my heart again?”
