We have mental health clinicians who offer counseling and treatment for a wide range of issues, and we offer massage therapy for those looking to deeply relax or work on problem areas. The center has been described as warm, friendly, accessible, and inclusive. We invite you to join us for a yoga class or reach out for other services.

In Collaboration with Rescued Ohio

Join us for a tail-wagging good time as Kula Yoga & Wellness partners with Rescued Ohio for a special 1-hour Puppy Yoga experience!

This all-levels class blends gentle yoga, playful movement, and plenty of puppy cuddles. While you flow through a light-hearted, accessible practice, adorable rescue puppies will roam the room offering snuggles, smiles, and maybe even a few puppy kisses. 🐶✨

Whether you’re looking to deepen your practice, relieve stress, or simply surround yourself with joy, this event is designed to connect community, compassion, and wellness — all while supporting a wonderful local rescue organization.

What to Expect:

A 60-minute beginner-friendly yoga flow

Plenty of time for puppy interaction and photos

A relaxed, playful atmosphere

Information about fostering and adoption opportunities

A portion of proceeds will benefit Rescued Ohio and their mission to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome dogs in need.

At Kula, we believe healing happens in safe, supportive spaces. We’re honored to offer compassionate, individualized therapy with two new incredible clinicians who are here to walk alongside you. 🤍

🌿 Gage Littlejohn, LSW
Gage works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, anger, relationship concerns, and self-esteem challenges. With experience in crisis counseling, he understands how quickly life can shift—and how powerful it can be to have steady support.
His collaborative and compassionate approach creates space for you to feel heard, empowered, and equipped for meaningful, long-term change.

🌿 Ashton Krotzer, LSW
Ashton believes healing begins with connection. She works with clients of all ages and has a special passion for supporting younger clients, foster children, and families. Her work is grounded in safety, trust, and resilience.
Drawing from CBT, DBT, solution-focused, strength-based, and mindfulness approaches, Ashton creates a warm, practical, and individualized therapy experience.

Ashton is completing her Master of Social Work at The Ohio State University and is seeing clients under clinical supervision. She accepts most major insurances or offers a reduced fee of $50 per session.

Somatic Release Breathwork™ is designed to help you connect to the subconscious mind and access insights that are often hard to reach. Using a circular breathing pattern, rhythmic music, and light touch, this practice supports the opening of blocked energy centers and facilitates a cathartic release.
Through the breath, you may release:
• Stress & anxiety
• Suppressed emotions
• Negative belief systems
• Old patterns & addictions
These stressors can be stored in the tissues of the body. When released, space is created for relaxation, clarity, joy, and presence.
Many participants report feelings of euphoria or out-of-body experiences during the session, followed by deep gratitude and bliss.

This workshop is devoted to the power of the Breath. Together we will explore Pranayama practices and the 5 Principles of a Classical Hatha Yoga Practice, creating balance in both body and mind.
✨ What to Expect:
🌬️ 20-Minute Hatha Yoga Flow
We’ll begin with a grounding, gentle Hatha flow using Ujjayi Pranayama.
• Start in natural grounding & seated posture
• Move through a short, intentional flow
• End with a brief Savasana
This Yang (active) portion warms the body and prepares us for the cooling, Yin energy of Nadi Shodhana Pranayama (alternate nostril breathing).
🌿 Silent Breath Observation
After movement, we’ll sit quietly and simply observe the breath.
🌙 Nadi Shodhana Pranayama
This powerful breath practice:
• Brings deep calm & tranquility
