So I dont normally post full body pictures because to be honest I was embarrassed about how I looked. I have been on a health and wellness journey for probably my entire life. Losing weight was never an issue for me...and then I got older and the table flipped. In 2018 I discovered Herbalife and things changed. The shakes and teas were helping me make better choices. This year my oldest is getting married and I didnt want her to be embarrassed of me in pictures so on Feb 6th I stepped up my game and added another tool to my journey. 7 weeks and down 16 pounds. So much energy and I feel amazing. I am not where I want to be yet but I am loving the journey. If you are looking to lose weight or to just feel better I would love to help you. The journey is more fun with others. Now to enjoy my shake and tea to get this day started.
