Hey everyone! I've put this together loosely based on the "75 Hard" Challenge. If you don't know what that is - it's okay! 😃
Beginning June 1st, commit to 30 days of:
* 30 minutes of intentional movement daily (I'll talk more about being intentional). 🚶♀️
* 30 minutes of non-fictional reading daily (like self-improvement or personal development books). And yes, audiobooks can be included. 📖
*Drinking water - calculate half your body weight for the number of ounces for you to drink daily. (Sorry, I couldn't figure out a way to include "30" for this one! 😆
I'll create a private Facebook group for us to track each day. I will also share some movement/exercise ideas, book recommendations and motivation to keep you going!
All of this for only $30!
This will take some preparation, so if you are ready to commit to 30 days of healthy habits, reach out so I can help you get ready for a successful kickoff on June 1st!
