Massive thanks to AmandaLynn Reese and our friends at Harm Reduction Ohio, who donated 240 naloxone nasal spray kits to the Challenges Inc SC mail order program. These kits will be sent all across SC. Harm reduction organizations are sometimes limited geographically due to funding rules, so opportunities to support each other across state lines like this are awesome. Whether it’s in Ohio or South Carolina, from Appalachia to the Lowcountry and beyond, these kits will save lives.

We are a Harm Reduction Service in Upstate South Carolina. We provide clean supplies to keep drug users safe and stop the spread of disease. We distribute Naloxone (Narcan), to prevent over dose deaths. We act as a “bridge” for getting people the help they need, when they want it.
