Let's talk plastic water bottles, while they are convenient, they leach endocrine-disrupting chemicals that mess with hormones: mimicking estrogen, lowering testosterone, throwing off thyroid & reproductive systems → linked to fertility issues, metabolic problems & more (studies 2023–2025).

Who said eating healthy at home had to flavorless and boring. My phone is terrible for taking pictures and doesn't do it justice. Tonight's dinner is Crab stuffed flounder with a light white wine cream reduction that I lightened up calorie wise but didn't skimp on flavor with baked parmesan asparagus. This is a Keto friend low carb meal with Aprox 430 calories for the entire meal. Part of the health fundamental program is life coaching and helping you with nutrition and healthy eating. I even offer the service of coming to your home and helping you grocery shop, learn to cook delicious health meals and helping you learn to meal prep.
Getting healthy is a multi facet process. I am going to show case a healthy, lower calorie, most of the time low carb meal with explosive flavors once a week. Feel free to message me for any of the recipes. Cooking is one of my passions and I love teaching my patients to cook flavorful healthy meals.
