Not all know this but this business is owned by myself, a solo female parent, who tries to juggle it all! I have taken pride in teaching my daughter what business is about, the good and the bad. In 2018 I took her to a trade show and she loved it, she was so proud to wear this shirt and be my "Junior Sales Rep". Love ya kid and to all our future adventures!

He beats unbelievable odds by returning to the OR after a blood filled cyst in his spine burst and left him paralysed waist down. Dr. Rummel lost his ability to stand or walk in 2010 when a cyst on his spine burst, leaving him paralysed... Just Wow! ❤❤❤

How Add-a-Handle started...

How it all came to be...in 2013 my father, Mike Payne, was painting the house. For most this is not an issue but months prior to this Dad kept having severe hand cramping. Painting trim and holding the qt paint can was the last straw. But he had already started and being a smart man wanted to make is wife happy so he went to his workshop and created a solution to continue. Grabbed a beer pitcher handle some straps from another thing and he had a quick fix. While it was his personal solution he knew that tons of painters suffer from arthritis and what he has now been diagnosed with causing his hand cramps, Raynaud’s Syndrome. He was shocked that there were no quick attachable, detachable handles on the market. Yes the Handy Paint Pail exists and we too have them but he didn’t have the liners quit often and wanted to just paint out of the quart can. So the process began and I jumped in to help him make his prototypes. My husband the prior year had passed away from cancer at the age of 37 and this let me focus on creating things, something I too enjoy.

It all stated to come together, unfortunately Dad began having health problems and offered for me to take the handle where it needed to go. I accepted, not only because I saw how this simple re-attachable Velcro Brand Strap Handle really helped him but I also saw all the others it could help. The Velcro Brand Easy Pull tab straps make Add-a-Handle extremely versatile and able to be attached to a verse variety of size and shapes.
