•Scheduled consultation with our nursing services
•24-hour access to a registered nurse
•Emergency pendant system
•Assistance monitoring blood pressure, blood sugar, weight, pulse and temperature
•Medication management
•Assistance ordering medication
•Help dressing, bathing, grooming and with ambulation
•Scheduled transportation or coordination of transportation to medical appointments
