🤱 Navigating the First Few Months of Breastfeeding 🍼

The first few months of breastfeeding can be a journey of discovery for both mom and baby! During this time, you might experience:

Engorgement: Your breasts may become full and tender as your milk supply adjusts.

Cluster Feeding: Babies may feed more frequently during growth spurts, which is normal.

Latch Challenges: Getting a proper latch takes practice, but it's crucial for comfortable nursing.

Milk Supply Changes: Your supply will regulate based on your baby's needs, so trust your body.

Remember, every breastfeeding journey is unique. Trust your instincts, seek support when needed, and cherish these precious moments with your little one! 💕
