Cedar Creek Assisted Living Cedar Creek offers gracious assisted living with comfort and convenience in a spacious, Victorian-style home nestled in the wooded hills of Pikeville.

Although the tranquil surroundings suggest a secluded location, the home is actually located in a lovely residential neighborhood not far from churches, grocery stores, pharmacies, hair salons, and much more. Our compassionate and skilled staff help our residents with personal daily living activities and with self-administering medicine. Staff members are ready to assist with household and related activities incidental to life such as housekeeping, shopping, laundry, chores, and transportation, and create diverse social activities and outings to keep our residents active and involved. Our residents form a community full of life. Our enclosed courtyard provides a secure green area for our residents to stroll among the gardens and the rocking chairs lined up on a covered veranda offer an invitation to residents, family members, and visitors to gather for lively conversations, enjoy quiet moments with each other, or sit with a good book. Our services and amenities are all designed to give our residents the peace of mind that comes from living in a safe and caring community

🟣 2 Night-Shift Personal Assistants
• Schedule: 7 PM – 7 AM

🟣 1 Day-Shift Dietary Cook
• Schedule: 7 AM – 7 PM

We are excited to announce that our Cedar Creek Christmas Festival is back again this year!

We invite our amazing community, along with all our residents’ families, to join us on Friday, December 12th from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM here at our facility for an evening full of Christmas fun and festive memories. ✨

🎉 What a way to wrap up National Assisted Living Week here at Cedar Creek! 🎉

We ended the week with a bang, starting the day off with a fun trip to our local movie theater, Riverfill 10 Cinema, to watch Freakier Friday while enjoying some fresh, buttery popcorn. A big thank you to the staff at Riverfill 10 Cinema for their warm hospitality!

After the movies, we came back to enjoy a delicious sheet cake provided by Bluegrass Care Navigators— a tradition we look forward to every year during this special week. 💙

Of course, no Friday is complete without our favorite game of Bingo, and it was the perfect way to close out such a joyful and eventful week.

We are beyond grateful to our amazing staff, local groups, and community partners who made this week possible for our residents. A HUGE shoutout to our Cedar Creek team for their countless hours of planning and dedication—it would not have been the same without you. And to our wonderful residents and families, thank you for allowing us to share this week of celebration with you.

What another wonderful day celebrating National Assisted Living Week with our amazing residents and staff! 🌟

We started the morning with a field trip to Burning Fork Farm, where we toured the greenhouses, tasted fresh grapes, and even tried some delicious pickled okra. 🍇🥒 It was the perfect way to enjoy a beautiful fall morning!

In the evening, we gathered on the front porch for a special themed dinner. ⛵️ Our residents set sail “on the sea” and enjoyed a delicious Captain’s Seafood Dinner while soaking in the lovely evening atmosphere. 🐟🦀🦐

We are so thankful for days like this filled with adventure, laughter, and memories that will last a lifetime. 💙

Today, we pause to honor and remember the lives lost during the tragic events of September 11, 2001. Our thoughts and prayers are with the families who lost loved ones and with all those who continue to carry the weight of that day.

We also honor the brave heroes—first responders, service members, and everyday citizens—who stood strong in the face of tragedy.

🌟 Another amazing day celebrating Assisted Living Week here at Cedar Creek! 🌟

We had a jam-packed day full of activities, starting with some fun disco exercise to get everyone moving. Our residents then enjoyed a lively performance from a local group of line dancers who brought so much joy and energy to the room. To make the day even more memorable, we had the privilege of welcoming Elvis himself for a performance our residents will cherish forever! 🎶💃🕺

Yesterday ,our residents enjoyed a special performance from the talented Pikeville High School Varsity Cheerleaders. This has become a tradition our residents look forward to each year, and the team never disappoints with their energy and spirit!

✨ Day One of Assisted Living Week ✨

We kicked off our celebration here at Cedar Creek Assisted Living with an evening full of campfire fun! Residents and staff enjoyed roasting marshmallows, snacking on popcorn, and sharing camping stories that brought plenty of laughter and smiles.

We were also excited to welcome a special guest — Smokey the Bear from the Kentucky Division of Forestry! 🐻🌲

A big thank you to our wonderful staff for their hospitality in making this first adventure such a memorable one. What a fantastic start to a week filled with fun and celebration! 🎉

This week, we celebrate our amazing residents and dedicated staff here at Cedar Creek Assisted Living. We have a fun-filled week planned with activities, outings, special guests, and of course, delicious food.
