Cedar Creek Assisted Living Cedar Creek offers gracious assisted living with comfort and convenience in a spacious, Victorian-style home nestled in the wooded hills of Pikeville.

Although the tranquil surroundings suggest a secluded location, the home is actually located in a lovely residential neighborhood not far from churches, grocery stores, pharmacies, hair salons, and much more. Our compassionate and skilled staff help our residents with personal daily living activities and with self-administering medicine. Staff members are ready to assist with household and related activities incidental to life such as housekeeping, shopping, laundry, chores, and transportation, and create diverse social activities and outings to keep our residents active and involved. Our residents form a community full of life. Our enclosed courtyard provides a secure green area for our residents to stroll among the gardens and the rocking chairs lined up on a covered veranda offer an invitation to residents, family members, and visitors to gather for lively conversations, enjoy quiet moments with each other, or sit with a good book. Our services and amenities are all designed to give our residents the peace of mind that comes from living in a safe and caring community

💗 Tis the season of love at Cedar Creek Assisted Living! 💗

We had a wonderful time celebrating this special Valentine’s Day with our sweet residents. The day was filled with smiles, special visitors, and our annual Valentine’s party that brought so much joy to everyone here at Cedar Creek.

Our residents enjoyed a delicious dinner prepared by our amazing kitchen staff, followed by sweet treats and punch to finish off the celebration. Moments like these remind us how special our Cedar Creek family truly is.

A huge thank you to all of our dedicated employees who helped make this day so memorable. Happy Valentine’s Day from all of us at Cedar Creek Assisted Living! ❤️

❤️ What a special morning we had here at Cedar Creek Assisted Living! ❤️

We were so blessed to have students from Pikeville Elementary School stop by to visit our sweet residents. They shared beautiful handmade Valentine’s Day cards and delicious chocolate, and the smiles they brought with them truly brightened everyone’s day.

Moments like these remind us how important community connections are and how much joy a small act of kindness can bring. Thank you to these amazing students for making our residents feel so loved and celebrated!

🌹 What a Sweet Valentine’s Day Treat! 🌹

Our residents here at Cedar Creek Assisted Living were blessed with the most beautiful surprise from Reeds Floral in Pikeville, KY. Every year they generously provide roses for our residents, and we are beyond grateful for their continued kindness and support.

A heartfelt thank you as well to the generous donors who help make this special tradition possible. Our residents truly look forward to this day each year, and it brings so many smiles throughout our community.

We would also like to thank the amazing students from Shelby Valley High School who came to our facility to personally hand out these sweet Valentine’s Day gifts. Your time, compassion, and kindness mean more than you know!

Closing out 2025 at Cedar Creek Assisted Living 🤍

As we close out another year, we’re reminded how truly special the memories we make with our residents are. This year brought so many moments that will forever be cherished—making new friends, honoring and remembering those we loved dearly, and celebrating every holiday that came our way together.

We are grateful for each smile, laugh, and shared memory, and we look forward with excitement to all that 2026 has in store. We can’t wait to spend yet another unforgettable year creating meaningful moments with our residents.

We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all of the vendors, performers, volunteers, staff, and donors who helped make last night’s event such a wonderful success. Your time, effort, and generosity truly made a difference.
