We are excited to welcome a new employee, Mrs. Karla Melcher, RN, to our practice.

Karla has extensive experience in IV therapy, hormone optimization and functional medicine. She is excited to join our team and looks forward to serving the greater Pilot Mountain community. Karla is originally from Nebraska (Go Cornhuskers!), she loves outdoor activities, has two amazing young adult children, and recently married a local gentleman who blessed her with three adult step-children and who also made her an "Insta-Gram(ma)" to six delightful little ones.

🧡 Britany is BACK! After a wonderful maternity leave Britany will be re-opening Pilot Integrative Health in April. This re-opening will be gradual and more appointment times added as the months pass. Appointments are both in-person and remote. The front office has already started to contact those on the waitlist. We now offer labs drawn by a LABCORP phlebotomist who will draw labs for you on site and run your insurance if needed! No more traveling for labs!

Full Review:

My first visit to Pilot Holistic was on August 29, 2025. I had been to two primary providers and one specialist and no one seemed to “hear” what I was saying about my symptoms. It was totally different with Craig and his staff. He was totally tuned in to what I was saying. I am now almost two months from that initial visit and I must say with what “tools” he has prescribed along with some work on my part, a lot of my symptoms are gone. Craig was able to get to the bottom of my problems. All I can say to anyone searching for medical answers that you can’t get from your provider, please try Pilot Holistic. They are wonderful.
