I can’t tell you how many times I’ve wished I’ve taken a before photo or video!! As professionals it is important to document our work, especially when the changes are so visible!!

Documenting changes, really helps the owners as consumers, but it also helps us as professionals to give our clients a tangible idea of what was accomplished in one visit. Not to mention, how many things you can learn by just looking at a few photos of your work. 🤯
.with this particular case, you can see the huge changes to the symmetry of the sternum, muscle activation, and the vastly improved posture. If I didn’t take the before photo, I don’t think the owner would’ve noticed the vast improvements that were made with just one session!

Soooo, don’t forget to document!! First time clients & returning!! Plus, It doesn’t take much extra time and we all know how precious time is! 🙌🏼

Merry & BRIGHT holiday wishes to EVERYONE!! Thank you for joining me & the animals on this journey ✨🎄❤️ I got to spend this holiday with my horses doing what I love (which is a miracle in itself) AND I get to be with the love of my life this season too. Win freaking, win!!! 🎁🥹

I appreciate each & every family member, friend, supporter, hater, & everyone in between on this app!!
