People ask me, “what happens if you have someone who wants to come get adjusted but doesn’t like that there’s a dog in the office?” My answer is, “then I’m not the chiro for them.” And that’s OK!!! Healthy Gait is a dog friendly practice. Dogs are here every day getting adjusted. And Nugget is the official mascot so she is here everyday too. Most people LOVE this aspect about HG, and if they don’t, they go elsewhere to find the right Chiro for them 😁

Connection is everything when I work on a horse.

To me, HOW I show up to a horse is just as important as the work I am doing on them. It requires me to check in on my energy. I put myself in a state of service and intuition. I release internal distractions that don't allow me to be there 100% for the horse. And mostly, I tune into their energy to truly understand where they are at and meet them there.

It's not surface level. It is deep work. And some practitioners have not taken the time to consider this.

But I have. And when you see me work, you will notice this. I take pride in bringing a sense of calm and healing to the space. Truly, it helps me get the best results and your horse will demonstrate that.

Pictured here, I am doing craniosacral work. He wanted to bring his head down to the ground and I went with him. Each horse processes in their own fashion and the last thing I want to do is interrupt that.

It is a beautiful thing working with beings who don't communicate in the same language as us. But when you really tune in, you will hear all you need to know.
