Fitness Weight Room
Our fully equipped Fitness Weight Room offers everything you need to train with confidence. The space includes free weights, squat racks, and a variety of cardio machines to support strength training, muscle building, and cardiovascular fitness. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced lifter, our weight room provides a safe, supportive environment for all fitness level
Fit Kids (Ages 5–12)
A fun and active class that keeps kids moving while building coordination, confidence, and healthy habits. Activities include games, light fitness challenges, and teamwork exercises in a safe and supportive environment
Circuit Training (High Cardio)
A high-energy, full-body workout featuring timed stations that combine strength and cardio exercises. Designed to increase endurance, burn calories, and build strength. Modifications are available for all fitness levels
Chair Aerobics (Senior-Friendly)
A low impact seated workout ideal for seniors or individuals with limited mobility. This class focuses on improving flexibility, circulation, balance, and strength through gentle, easy-to-follow movements.
Spin Class-Antevu Cycling
An energizing, music-driven indoor cycling workout designed to improve cardiovascular endurance, leg strength, and stamina. Riders control resistance and pace, making this class suitable for all fitness levels.
Beginner Boxing
A welcoming introduction to boxing fundamentals. This class focuses on basic punches, footwork, form, and light conditioning. Perfect for those new to boxing or looking to build confidence in a supportive environment.
Boxing
A technique-focused boxing class designed to improve skills, power, and coordination. Participants work on combinations, footwork, and controlled drills for a challenging yet structured workout.
Boxing Cardio
A high-energy workout combining boxing combinations with fast-paced cardio drills. This class boosts endurance, burns calories, and relieves stress while keeping the workout fun and motivating.
